Fence Guidelines:

Charlestowne Homeowners Association accepts open sight line fences. 

Stockade fences are not approved.

The following types of fences are approved:

• Metal pool style fences not to exceed 6 feet in height;
• Picket fences not to exceed an average of 3 feet in height with a 3 inch maximum wide picket and a minimum of 3 inch spacing between pickets; 
• Post and rail style fences not to exceed 4 feet in height with or without metal mesh attached to the inside of the fence;
• Fence materials may include wood, metal, and PVC plastics.

• Property Owners renting their property out must have a permit from Towamencin Township and must provide their tenant with copies of the Association Rules and Regulations.
